Learning Mentor for Key Stage 3

Required for 1st September 2010 or an earlier start
Term-time only. 32 hours per week
An experienced Learning Mentor is required to join the Learning Support and Guidance team to help students overcome barriers to learning, both inside and out of School, so that they can achieve their learning potential. The successful candidate will be effective in raising students’ self-esteem, aspirations and confidence. The School has been judged by Ofsted as outstanding in every category; achieves examination results which regularly place it high in national performance tables; has strongly motivated students who achieve at high levels.
