In line with government guidance, it is essential that you stay at home if any of the following apply to you:
If you are experiencing any of the following Coronavirus symptoms:
o a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
o a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
o a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
If you have experienced any of the above symptoms in the last ten days and are therefore still isolating.
If you have been contacted by NHS Test and Trace and are isolating.
If a member of your household is experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 and you are therefore isolating.
If you have returned from countries subject to quarantine in the last 14 days as set out in the government guidance: coronavirus (COVID-19): how to self-isolate when you travel to the UK.
